Considered by some to be the perfect suburban oasis, Tavistock Condominiums are nestled on about 40 acres of land just off of Haddonfield-Berlin Road (Rt. 561) in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As soon as you enter the complex, it’s apparent that Tavistock is a nice community that has been well maintained.

Surrounded mostly by woods, it’s hard to believe how close to everything Tavistock is. Not only is it about 1 mile from I-295, Tavistock is also within walking distance of historic Haddonfield, New Jersey, where you can hop on the PATCO Hi-Speed line and be in Center City Philadelphia in a matter of minutes. If you don’t want to go anywhere, Tavistock has several amenities for residents including: tennis courts, swimming pool, and a small health club.

Built in 1985, Tavistock consists of 324 one and two bedroom condominium units. All first floor units have a small patio. Second floor units include a large deck off of the living room, and a second deck off of the upstairs loft.
